Our chauffeurs are always waiting inside the terminal, next to the “chauffeur meeting point” on the ground level. They will be holding the name sign for you to locate your chauffeur easily.

Yes, we are always monitoring flights with real-time flight trackers, for delays or any changes.

We do not charge extra for flight delays no matter how long it is or anything outside of your control. Our chauffeur will keep track of your flight and we will be there at your service no matter how long your flight gets delayed.

If your booking is cancelled without following our cancellation policy, the full amount will be charged.

Yes, we do, at an additional charge of $10 per seat per transfer.

All our cars and chauffeurs are fully licensed & insured, also completely accredited by CPVV (Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria).
